Cemented tungsten carbide cutting blade is widely used for slitting paper, plastic films, cloth, foam, rubber, copper foils, aluminum foils, graphite, etc. All of carbide blades can be manufactured as per customers’ requests. Ground by professional equipment, our carbide blades are supplied with nice appearance, high precision, durable life, which makes its high cost performance.
Specifications of FOTMA Cemented Carbide Blades
Material: Tungsten Carbide.
Advantage: Burr-free, widely Applied.
Thickness: 0.8-1.5mm, Customized thickness available.
Inner diameter: 25.4, 32, 38mm.
Outer diameter: OD160 – 610mm, customized size is available.
Knife edge: 45 °, could be adjusted according to your requirement.
Design: single edge and double edge, made as per customers’ designs.
Application: Paper, film, foam, rubber, foil, graphite and so on.
