Molybdenum Wire Description: Molybdenum wire is also made using powder metallurgy methods. Molybdenum powder is mixed, loaded into a mold, and pressed into rods using isostatic pressing. The uniformity of the rod blanks is crucial. The rods are then sintered in a high-temperature furnace to increase density, but the internal structure is still not sufficiently dense. Forging further reduces the diameter, increasing density, ductility, and strength, laying the foundation for subsequent drawing. Using dies of various diameters, the diameter is further reduced until a suitable diameter is achieved. This process also increases the tensile strength of the tungsten wire.

A purity of 99.95% is guaranteed, and molybdenum wire is produced with strict adherence to fine tolerances to ensure consistent mechanical properties and minimal delamination.
